Website terms
A clear basis for the conversation.
General information about this website, project enquiries and the services described.
Website information
This website introduces MED SEA NAVTEC’s service areas. Its content provides general project information and does not replace a vessel-specific engineering assessment, approved drawing, stability document or operating instruction.
Project enquiries and proposals
A submitted enquiry is a request to discuss potential work. The scope, deliverables, programme, fees, responsibilities and project terms are established in a separate agreed proposal or engagement. Service descriptions list work that may be included in an appropriate scope.
Review and approval
MED SEA NAVTEC coordinates technical submissions and responses to reviewer comments. The classification society, flag administration or other competent authority determines the requirements within its remit and makes its own approval decisions.
Drawings and visual material
The maritime photography, design workspace scenes and other visuals on this website are illustrative. They do not identify completed MED SEA NAVTEC projects, company-owned vessels, company facilities or employees. Project scope examples describe possible work packages, rather than a completed-project portfolio. Technical project documents are issued separately with their own status and revision information.
External links
Industry references are provided for context. The applicable technical framework and the current requirements for a project are confirmed with the relevant reviewing bodies.
Using the enquiry form
Provide accurate contact and project information, and share only information you are authorised to disclose. Automated abuse, misleading submissions and attempts to access another person’s information are not permitted.
For questions about the website or a proposed project, submit an enquiry.
